A traditional summer cottage with a separate sleeping cabin on the lakeshore.

Information

IBuilt in 1987, this peaceful summer cottage is set on a gently sloping property overlooking the lake. The cottage features an open-plan kitchen and living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a sauna, and a bathroom. The bathroom has been recently renovated and now includes a shower cabin and an incinerating toilet.

Close to the cottage is a separate sleeping cabin accommodating up to four guests. Both the cottage and the sleeping cabin have electricity. Water for washing is pumped from the lake to the bathroom, while fresh drinking water is provided from the farm in a water container.

The grounds include a woodshed/storage building, sleeping cabins, an outdoor toilet, a barbecue area, a private dock, and a rowing boat.
