25 m² Lakeside Cottage with Loft

Information

This cosy 25 m² cottage with a sleeping loft is located on the shore of Lake Mataroisjärvi, with open farmland stretching out behind the cottage. The ground floor features a living area with a traditional Finnish wood-heated sauna, a changing room, and a cosy sauna lounge. The loft provides sleeping accommodation and opens onto a balcony overlooking the lake.

The cottage is equipped with electricity. Water for the sauna is pumped directly from the lake, while fresh drinking water is supplied from the farm in a water container. An outdoor toilet is located next to the cottage.

The cottage grounds include a woodshed/storage building, an outdoor toilet, a barbecue area, a private dock, and a rowing boat for guests to enjoy.
